How do you make a kolache? Using the Institute of Texan Cultures’ own Czech kitchen, education specialist Kirstin Cutts demonstrates how kolaches would have been made in 1930s Texas. She turns to ITC docent Jerry Janecka who recalls the Czech Texan experience firsthand and explains what makes a good kolache.
