- Groups of 10 or more must make a reservation 3 weeks in advance. Travel agents and bus tour companies as well as private groups are welcome. On the day of your visit, please call our Guest Services desk at (210) 458-2262 prior to your arrival.
- If you need to modify your reservation (arrival time, group size, etc.), please notify the ITC in advance of your scheduled visit. If you need to cancel, we appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Please allow up to one week for confirmation.
Group visit reservations come with priority access to our bus parking lot. The entrance to this lot is located off of the frontage road for HWY 281/I-37. Detailed directions are provided with your booking confirmation.
Please confirm the bus parking location with your bus driver(s). To ensure that our front lot remains available for other visitors, we are unable to allow buses to wait there during your visit, and the limited space makes it difficult for buses to exit the lot.
Admission to the ITC is by donation. Suggested donation is $12. The ITC accepts cash via in-person donation stations and credit cards via an online donation platform. Look for donation stations with QR codes at the museum entrance. You may also donate through giving.utsa.edu/itc.
The ITC has 24 outdoor picnic tables available for visitors. You are welcome to bring your own lunches, which we will store for you while you are in the museum. If you would like to reserve the picnic area, please include this information in your visit booking.
For the safety of our collections, we cannot allow groups to eat indoors. The ITC does not have a café or restaurant on the premises, but a number of restaurants are located a short walk away in Hemisfair Park.
